Scope of Work – Janitorial Services
Project Overview
The purpose of this agreement is to provide professional janitorial and cleaning services to maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for staff, visitors, and occupants of the facility.
Areas to be Serviced
The janitorial contractor will provide cleaning services for the following areas:
Offices and workspaces
Restrooms
Hallways and corridors
Waiting areas / reception areas
Break rooms / kitchens
Conference rooms
Entrances and lobbies
Storage areas
Floors (tile, carpet, concrete, etc.)
General Cleaning Services
The contractor shall provide the following services during scheduled cleaning times:
Trash Removal
